Uzès can get very crowded during market day, but we thought it was still worth a visit. Summer can be hot in Provence, but it is the best time to enjoy a swim under the Pont du Gard. Make sure to have plenty of water and sunscreen on hand.
Visit the market in Uzès on either Wednesday or Saturday and go earlier in the day to avoid the heat and larger crowds.
