The activity is under the canopy of the forest so you need to dress according to the weather. Tickets can be purchased online.
This is a ropes course set high above the forest floor. It is safe because there are ropes and harnesses that keep you from falling. However, this course requires some upper body strength. It would not be recommended if you are scared of heights.
I don’t know if this is offered in the winter. However, I would recommend doing this in the spring, summer or fall.
Last year, there were discounts offered if you purchased before July 1, 2017. I would also look at Groupon to see if it offers other discounts.
Take another kind of Whistler adventure on this half-day itinerary. Instead of testing your skills on the slopes, challenge yourself on the Treetop Adventure Course. This ropes course is a wonderful way for families to be in nature and also physically active. The course is managed by the Whistler Adventure Group and is family-friendly. There is even a smaller course for the younger ones. Take as much time as you need and always feel safe while doing it. It is something you can do in many different types of weather as the forest canopy protects you from the elements. After exhausting yourselves, treat the kids to some ice cream at Cows, a Whistler institution. A great day out in Whistler with kids, complete with physical challenges and treats for your tummies.
