Hi, I'm Sharon! I'm slow-running, yogi-aspiring, child-wrangling, cookie-eating Florida mom of two. Our family of four loves the beach, outdoor adventures, and trying new things (sometimes).

I'm currently sidelined from running & yoga because of a back injury. It's a bummer, but on the bright side, it's given our family more time and opportunities to travel and have adventures. We love exploring all over the USA, but especially our beautiful home state, Florida.
